Sometimes kids feel worried, scared, confused, left out, or just not quite
right. You don’t have to figure everything out by yourself.
Talk to a trusted grown-up. It might be a parent, grandparent, teacher,
counselor, coach, family member, police officer, firefighter, or another safe adult.
Something happened. Tell someone.
I’m not sure if it’s okay. Ask someone.
I need help. Find a trusted grown-up.
Spark’s Rule: If something makes you feel scared, unsafe, uncomfortable, or confused, it’s always okay to tell a trusted grown-up — even if someone told you not to.
